I´m Alba, a Physiotherapist, Certified Advanced Massage Therapist, expert in Japanese and Korean facial treatments and facial Yoga and creator of Atalaia Wellness.
After 13 years of working as a Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist in the UK and Spain, I decided to open a bright and beautiful wellness studio in Lagos.
I studied BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy Degree at the University of Alcala (Spain) and Specialised in Orthopaedics, Neurology and Sports Physiotherapy.
Passionate about women´s health, I finished my Master´s Degree in Pelvic Floor, Urogynecology and Obstetrics Physiotherapy at Complutense University in 2009 (Spain).
I have complemented my university studies with a Master´s Degree in Neurology and Paediatrics at Autonoma University (Spain) in 2017.
Atalia Wellness is a beautiful studio which offers exclusive health treatments, tailored massages and premium Japanese and Korean facial treatments in a calm and relaxing atmosphere in Lagos.

" I arrived at Alba's studio limping because of a bad situation in my leg muscles after an untreated twisted ankle. After only two appointments I was back on my feet for some easy runs. After 5 weeks I was totally fixed, brand new, running my very first triathlon race! Alba knows exactly what she is doing, she has great skills in her field.
